AAT prides itself on providing agricultural training that has practical, on farm application, delivered in the workplace by our outstanding training educators who have extensive industry experience and connections. Our personalized approach to training in the workplace heightens the relevance of the training experience and ensures our graduates will be work ready and will have the skills to take their chosen career further.

Who we are

Australian Agricultural Training was established in 2016 by John Dwyer and Phillip Ward.

Their vision was to develop a training provider that delivers quality education that meets student’s needs. They envisaged a business that worked within the industry understanding the needs of employers and students.

In June of 2025 Phillip Ward retired and John Dwyer continues in the role of CEO  and now Managing Director.
