Australian Agricultural Training (AAT) is a small training provider dedicated to enhancing the future of the agricultural sector through the delivery of flexible, specialized, education training to clients where and when they need it and at a price that is competitive and equitable.

Our personalized approach to training in the workplace heightens the relevance of the training experience and ensures our graduates will be work ready and will have the skills to take their chosen career further.
Who we are
Australian Agricultural Training was established in 2016 by John Dwyer and Phillip Ward.
Their vision was to develop a training provider that delivers quality education that meets student’s needs. They envisaged a business that worked within the industry understanding the needs of employers and students.
In June of 2025 Phillip Ward retired and John Dwyer continues in the role of CEO and now Managing Director.
